When you email support, please include:

Manage or cancel subscription
iOS (Apple App Store)
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Rabbit Hole of the Day → Cancel or change plan
Android (Google Play)
Open Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rabbit Hole of the Day → Cancel or change plan
Restore purchases
If you switched devices or reinstalled the app, use the Restore Purchases option in the app Settings (if available). If it does not resolve the issue, email support.
Notifications
If you are not receiving the daily drop:
Make sure notifications are enabled for RHOTD in your device settings
Make sure Focus or Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications
Open the app once to refresh your notification settings
If your preferred notification time is available in Settings, confirm it is set correctly
Content and suggestions
To suggest a new rabbit hole, use the Suggest screen in the app. Suggestions are reviewed and are not automatically published.
